Week 31 Predictions

Which means the table would look like this...

Which means things would get even worse for Wolves and better for Bolton again, while at the other end, Liverpool would have three straight losses and could find themselves in the bottom half in the next few weeks if things don't pick up. Which also means it's a good week for Newcastle as they're really pulling away from the other teams pushing for 5th/6th.

Actual Results

Saturday 31st March
Aston Villa 2-4 Chelsea
Everton 2-0 West Brom
Fulham 2-1 Norwich
Manchester City 3-3 Sunderland
Q.P.R. 2-1 Arsenal
Wigan 2-0 Stoke City
Wolves 2-3 Bolton
Sunday 1st April
Newcastle 2-0 Liverpool
Tottenham 3-1 Swansea
Monday 2nd April
Blackburn 0-2 Manchester United

So I had  7/10 correct scores and one perfect score this week, so not too bad again.

Which leaves the table looking like...

Overall then, I was right that it'd be a good week for Bolton and Newcastle, but bad for Wolves and Liverpool. It also turned out to be a very good week for Manchester United who now have a five point lead after Manchester City dropped points at home to Sunderland, making the derby at the Etihad even more important.
